Kokoro
Animation & Music production Co., Ltd. was established in July 2001
to develop and produce multimedia content to be played through the
broadband internet. Kokoro has gathered the best sell love-story
book writer, pop music producer and animators to create the highest
quality animation and digital entertainment content.

August of 2001, Kokoro launched the first love story in series, “The
Star”, on the internet. With “The Star”, Kokoro’s web site has
attracted more than 2 million visitors from Taiwan, Hong-Kong,
Singapore, and Mainland China. Through its animation, Kokoro has
successfully expanded its coverage throughout the whole
Chinese-speaking area. In addition to that, the TTV (one of the four
Taiwan major TV company) will produce, based on the story of “The
Star”, a 20-hours series program which will be acted by famous young
idol stars and to be on the air starting in September of 2002. Also,
the music and the title song will be released by the Universal Music
together with the TV program.
